By creating an account or using the Services, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. This policy applies only to atPay and does not replace the privacy notices of banks, payment providers, network operators, merchants or other independent third parties that may be involved in a transaction.

- Support communications: messages, attachments and other information you provide when contacting customer support or submitting a complaint.
- Notifications: device push-notification token and your communication preferences, where you allow notifications.
We may receive information from payment processors, banks, identity-verification providers, service providers and fraud-prevention partners to complete transactions, verify identity, resolve disputes and protect the Services.
3. How We Use Information

- create and manage your atPay account and wallet;
- process, confirm, reverse where appropriate, investigate and support transactions;
- provide airtime, data, bills, virtual accounts and other Services you request;

We do not sell your personal data. We may share only the information needed with:
- Financial and payment partners: banks, payment processors, virtual-account providers and payment-switching partners;
- Service providers: mobile-network, airtime, data, electricity, television, examination-PIN and other vendors needed to deliver an order;
- Verification and security providers: identity-verification, fraud-prevention, hosting, cloud, messaging, analytics and customer-support providers acting on our instructions;

8. Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your atPay account through the account-management or delete-account option in the atPay app, where available, or by emailing us from the email address linked to your atPay account. Deleting an account may not immediately remove records we must keep for legal, financial, security, fraud-prevention or regulatory reasons.
9. International Processing
Some of our service providers may process data in countries outside Nigeria. When this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure the transfer is handled in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements and appropriate safeguards.
10. Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to children who cannot lawfully use financial or payment services. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children in violation of applicable law.
